Summary The candidate will be supporting an existing c++ database server and it's operation. Also the candidate will be in charge of crafting quality code based on direction from the techincal manager. Most of the coding will be to support new functionality and additions to the existing c++ database server. The candidate should be able to understand object oriented programmingunderstand Linux networkingstrive for simple and fast performing solutionscomfortable doing test driven developmentwork independently and take notes Strong ability to learn existing applications quickly and to be able to make modifications to them. Expert using autotools, deployment strategies Experience with SVN or GIT Expert in Linux shell scripting or Python Experience in FIX protocol is a plus Experience in Datawarehousing is a plus C/C++ skills, UNIX/Linux needed and SQL.
