Project Administrator

Description

This position is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of project management. The Project Administrator will be assigned to a Project Management area to provide administrative support for the Program Director and Project Managers. The individual in this position will ensure that Project Lifecycle (PLC) processes are followed, that all records are captured and maintained on a timely basis. Responsibilities Providing support for the Program / Project Managers and Program Directors o Project Portfolio Health Status Reporting o SPR Process Management o Submitting requests for creation new project artifacts portals o Assisting with PM on boarding as it relates to PPM processes and tools o Providing Program Administration Services Maintaining program issue log, risk register, lessons learned log, and change request logAssisting with program project and master plans including generating report out templatesFollow up of items with due dates in the pastRecording and publishing minutes for key program meetings PPM Operations and Support o Compliance Reporting for all PPM Systems, with the exception of Changepoint time reporting o Creating and publishing key PPM reports o Project Status Portal (PSP) support and administration o Assisting with PSP testing o Performing weekly PM audits o Administering relative PPM portal pages o Documenting and maintaining Project Administration related processes o SPR Tracking & Reporting Delivering additional PPM quarterly objectives
