Top skills are .Net, SQL, and Silverlight. Technology Skill Level .Net (VB or C#) Should be proficient. Must be able to write code with very little guidance. SQL Server Must be proficient. Should be able to write complex Stored Procedures, Triggers etc. No DBA skills required. Silverlight Knowledge of Silverlight is a plus. SharePoint Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus. Other Good Communication Skills. Work well with a team. Goal/Results oriented.
