HSBC's Workflow Imaging and Correspondence Team (WIC) is 30 members responsible for endtoend messaging solutions. They are looking for a Technical Programmer Analyst to can provide full life cycle solutions for their eMessaging products Kana Response and Brickstreet Connect Specifically, Brick Street Connect is an electronic campaign management tool that delivers outbound operational and marketing emails to notify HSBC customers via email or text of changes in service or product offerings. Kana Response is an email management system that manages inbound/outbound emails generated by customers with inquries and requests from web sites, texts, and personal email accounts. Must Haves 1. Exp with Kana Response and Brickstreet Connect. Proficiency in developing/configuring Kana and Brickstreet tools (75%), troubleshooting tools, implementing and installing SW on servers and patches for these products, and querying/programming Oracle databases. This includes analysis, architecture and design, development,production support and training. Kana Response runs on Unix, Oracle databases, scripting SQL queries for data extraction or manipulation, moving files and automating manual process.The User Interface is JAVA Websphere so knowledge of websphere for reporting and troubleshooting required. 2. Provide service support on a daily basis. (25%) Supporting their Emessaging business as usual, supporting a global flagship project called One HSBC, working with HSBC's internal consulting group called SW House on new projects and building a brand new core product for account opening. 3. Senior level expertise to provide technical leadership with Kana Response and Kana or Brickstreet connect, good communication and soft skills to interface with the business customers. Must Haves 1. Strong technical development skills with Kana Response (includes technical background listed below). Strong technical skills with Brickstreet connect(includes technical background listed below)75% 2. The ability to support Kana and Brickstreet Connect (25%) 3. Communication and technical leadership skills including superior communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to nontechnical audience
