Responsibilities and Expectations Assist BMC Remedy technical lead with integration functionality with multiple systems Develop Forms, Active Links and Filters for web services Develop email templates for Incident creation Document development solutions Required Experience with Atrium integration engine, email engine, and web services to assist with integrations Experience with Developer Studio Experience collaborating as a member of a project team Strong conceptual, analytical, and problemsolving ability Experience working in a Windows Server 2003 / MS SQL 2005 environment Experience in building and implementing templates (IM, PM, AOTs, etc) Experience conducting Unit and System Testing Preferred Experience developing in an ITSM 7.5 environment Experience with RKM Experience working with Analytics
