SharePoint Architect

Description

Description The SharePoint Architect/ Lead Developer will be primarily responsible for leading the architecture and subsequent development and implementation of custom SharePoint 2010 features to support Project Execution Sites architecture. He/she will analyze sets of customer requirements and define a solution on the SharePoint 2010 platform that leverages existing architecture components and features. The individual will work within a team located in downtown Detroit and lead a subteam of developers at the same location. Activities Work Collaboratively with team lead and other SharePoint architects and developers (as well as IT web site owners) to understand functional & nonfunctional requirements of the sites.Leverages existing architecture components and features to create new architectures and features that enable defined requirementsMaintain version control for all solutions, features, web parts and other customizations.Production experience with SharePoint 2010 is preferredConvert data / documents as necessary into multiple formats and maintain consistent look of all content for publishing on website. E.g. PDF, MS Word/PowerPoint/Visio/Excel, HTML conversions.Participate in code reviews, share program details, and provide overall completion status.Develop prototypes of integrated website for client demonstrations that meet the technical quality of systems developed. General Skills Experienced in leading development teams through a full development lifecycleIn depth knowledge of feature and solution development for SharePoint 2017 and 2010Experienced in development and maintenance of websites primarily based on HTML codingBroad experience with multiple programming languages and technologies HTML, XML, XSL, C#, jQuery, javascript, AJAX, Silverlight, REST, JSON.Experienced in development and consumption of web servicesExperienced with SharePoint customization using SharePoint DesignerPrevious SharePoint workflow development preferredProficient in conversion of data / documents into multiple formats and maintain consistent look of all content for publishing on website. E.g. PDF, MS Word/PowerPoint/Visio/Excel, HTML conversions.Functional knowledge of SQL server reporting and querying capabilitiesTeam player, Analytical capabilities
