Description

SOA Technical Analyst will be responsible for Provide realtime technical support for environments and supported applications and technologies (Oracle Application Server, WebLogic, UNIX, etc.) while escalating as necessary to expert level help Capable of maintaining daytoday client activities and correspondence for a short period of time in the absence of direct leadership Ability to grow skills in application administration and operations support Involvement in support of the multiple environments, including breakfix responsibilities Perform technical and functional migrations between environments Participate in oncall support rotation including 1stcontact triage for application problems Collaborate directly with client team members of all levels for day to day operational support & delivery of projects Qualifications Basic Qualifications 1 yr of experience in Application Server Administration 1 yr of experience performing technical troubleshooting on Java technologies 1 yr of experience with ntier architecture 1 yr of experience in supporting large systems in a Production environment 4 year college degree Preferred Skills 1 yr of Administration experience with WebLogic Application Server or Oracle Application Server 1 yr of experience supporting applications in a UNIX environment Understanding and experience in backup, recovery Professional Skill Requirements Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problemsolving environment Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve technical issues and escalate issues when appropriate Assist in definition and implementation of continuous improvements activities
