Key needs 1. Any identity and access management experience on any product set 2. Any Federated IDM (FIM) product 3. SAML 2.0 / WS on any product 4. General LDAP experience with various tools 5. Active Directory (ideally new AD DS 2018 version) 6. AD FS of course, 2.0 ideal, 1.1 good 7. Visual Studio, especially 2018 + and related tools 8. Web development, including asp.net 3.5 9. Customizing AD FS experience would be great 10. C# programming in the VS IDE 11. General security experience 12. PKI and Certificate management 13. Silverlight 14. WCF 15. SQL Server
