Overview Looking for Business Process reengineering analyst who has prior exp supporting with R12 Oracle applications experience particularly on operational data hub (CDH) and PDH. This person must have a solid understanding of Business Process Modeling, Business Process Improvement Overview and Business Process Reengineering. Job Requirements1. Must have 5+ yrs exp using industry accepted business process benchmarks to identify and understand performance gaps a. Be able to perform the first 3 steps of the 5step business process reengineering methodology i. Align stakeholders & architecture to business goals ii. Understand the asis business process iii. Design the tobe business process2. Must have experience using Business analysis tool for robotic business process including a. Facilitation to elicit requirements.b. Documentation of requirements.c. Develop process to manage requirements.d. Manage requirements.e. Documentation of processes and protocols including change management process.f. Experience with RUP (Rational unified process) methodologyg. Develop project charters and functional requirementsh. Develop process flows of existing processes and recommend flows for new processes3. Must have prior exp using industry accepted business process frameworks to identify future business processes enabled by Intel technology introduction4. Must have exp making recommendations that will address the following o Look at nonvalue added activities (within a business process) that you can removeo Look at activities (within a business process) that you can automate by using XXX technology5. Enable the customer to reach their goal by increasing the agility of customers organization (removing nonvalue added activities)a. Be able to do a vision facilitation exercise (with measurable improvements)6. Strong interpersonal skills; able to mentor other writers and provide guidance.7. General understanding of business environments8. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.9. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. 10. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
