Job Description Design, develop and support enterprise .NET systemsEstimate work effort to build and test new applications and changes to existing systemsDesign and document application screens using a wireframe approachDocument user requirements with workflow diagrams, state machine diagrams, use cases and functional specificationsLearn, implement and support new technologies, including, but not limited to new languages, frameworks, IDE's, development tools, and package software systemsAnalyze event logs, data and other inputs to determine root causeTroubleshoot, solve problems, prioritize tasks, and work in a high energy environment Perform other related tasks as requiredWork Experience RequirementsExtensive experience (35 years) designing, and developing enterprise .NET applications or component of enterprise .NET applications using C# and best practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuseStrong experience (13 years) developing Sharepoint collaboration tools, specifically webpart integrationStrong experience with Visual Studio 2018 or laterStrong experience with .NET 2.0 and laterStrong experience with (13 yrs) building web servicesStrong experience with ADO and SQL ServerExperience with .NET Compact Framework is a significant plusExperience with Visual C++ is a plusStrong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to follow PDCA (Plan DO Check Act)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple assignment at the same time, team playerCreative thinking for providing innovative solutions, including troubleshooting problems and applying root cause analysisExperience using a formal project development methodology Ability to understand, document, execute user requirementsUnderstanding of UML, specifically activity workflows, class diagrams, use case diagrams, and machine state diagramsExperienced with Microsoft products (Excel, MS Project, Visio, Access, Word)
