Description
Provides project support and coordination for the management team of the Business Intelligence group Monitors projects and resource requirements to forecast future project resource needs and costs. Tracks and reports current project statuses, costs, issues, risks, and major decisions. Tracks and reports Finance scorecards (e.g. progress reports, key indicator metrics, etc.). Creates and administers Project Plans. Maintains a calendar of deadlines, meetings, schedules and travel plans for the individual management team members while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts. Maintains issues logs and action items with followup to ensure action items are completed. Assures that proper project documentation is completed. Creates documents from the individual management team members on followup issues or correspondence to ensure that respective audiences are aware of current activities, updates, deadlines or information specific to their requests or projects/tasks. Records and issues of meeting minutes, as needed. Develops reports, presentations, and organizes/maintains data. Assures a complete, consistent, and accurate representation of the project portfolio. Assures accurate reporting of actual resources used by projects. Assures accurate reporting of forecasted resource needs for projects. Improves project delivery performance by consistently and efficiently applying company standards and global project management practices Assures appropriate data is captured to produce required finance measurements. Provides miscellaneous support to the Business Intelligence unit as needed Responsible for creating and maintaining code. Programmer would have a min of 2 years experience with SharePoint. Could be responsible for some or all parts of SDLC process. Understands complex database concepts as well as implications of different database designs. Communicates and enforces coding standards set by organization. Desire 5 years of overall development experience. May require a BS degree.
