Online Content Specialist

Description

The Content Specialist is responsible for executing all content requests related to the maintenance of content for our Norton online stores. The candidate will understand the content landscape across the eCommerce platform, and assist in coordinating activities with regional as well as cross functional teams. Responsibilities Conduct content entry for new and existing content requests and ensure on time delivery. Supports Content Leads with coordination of tasks and activities with the local and remote teams. Supports Content Leads with maintaining a content deployment map. Supports Content Leads in working with Content Authors, UX Designers, and Web Developers to ensure high quality presentation.Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce retail or other online producing environments. Minimum 1 years experience with, and deep working knowledge of, content management systems and Teamsite. Ability to work under tight timelines and maintain excellence as a fundamental priority. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, with people at all levels. Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.Education Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field
