Senior Quality Analyst

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The primary responsibility of the Sr. Quality Analyst is to design, develop and maintain quality processes within Customer Operations and across cross functional teams. Responsibilities of this position include Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analysis, Documentation, and Training. This person needs to work closely with Customer Operations, Account Management and other Quality staff to ensure that product requirements are delivered within approved specifications. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Work closely with Bangalore Quality Teams to ensure web based products/sites and FindLaw online directory products meet established standards, including graphics, content and performance. Continually look for ways to improve quality standards. Report all issues and defects encountered during test cycles using defect tracking system and perform regression testing on web sites as required, to enable their progression to production. Track and maintain accurate data in reporting tools. Identify & validate errors and ensure accuracy of reporting. Identify and measure patterns, discuss and report trends to management. Proactively search for solutions using quality tools. Lead cross functional teams in process improvement projects. Train Impart training to the new joiners within or across teams.POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education (Minimum requirements and Experience) Bachelors degree required. 35 years experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or other process improvement methodologies. 12 years experience in project management preferred.Skills and Knowledge (Minimum requirements) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment. Experience working in a production oriented, deadline driven environment. Process Improvement Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies preferred. Experience with webbased products and services preferred.
