Description

Responsibilities include Act as primary technical resource on individual projects or subject areas Assist in the technical design of solutions based on business needsPerform handson development of code and processes to meet requirements Provide technical guidance and coordination for junior and offshore developers Create technical documentation Assist with the creation of testing and acceptance plans Provide suggestions for enhancements and technical improvements Assist with the implementation and monitoring of solutions QualificationsAt least 5 years experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment providing development and support for medium to large applications or projects in a complex, technologybased business Excellent written and oral communication skills, both with customers, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization Experience with creating technical documentation Must be an organized, selfstarter with a collaborative work style, customer service focus, and ability to multitask Ability to provide basic coordination of small development groups Proven mastery with Informatica PowerCenter 8.x and above Experience with basic Data Warehousing practices Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and database tuning concepts Database query and Business Intelligence tools & methodology knowledge preferred Experience with data modeling concepts Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Full project life cycle experience High level of attention to detail BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred
