Job Description SAP FICO Expert and hands onResolve production incidents and work requestsInteract with 1st level support and/or users for issue clarificationsCoordinate with Technical and / or Security/Basis consultants that may be required to ensure resolution of ticketsHelp build knowledge repository and write standardoperatingprocedures to enable faster turnaround of known errors and standard work requestsPerform testing of fixes and minor enhancements prior to releasing them to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support the UAT and help resolve any defects foundWork with SAP to help resolve standard application bugsFor Minor Enhancements Gather business requirements, do the standard SAP configuration, write Functional Specifications, do Functional Acceptance Testing, support User Acceptance Testing, create / update Training content as neededUpdate Service ticketing tool with all relevant ticket updatesManages all the work allocated to the offshore teamKey point of contact between Mindtree and AdvanSix for all project specific communications, deliverables and escalationsResponsible to ensure operational compliance to the agreements between Mindtree and AdvanSixManage key stakeholders and expectationsResponsible to report on key project metrics
