Description

Role Description 1. Leading a technical lead at onsite and managing/coordinating with offshore, Customer and different groups.2. Incident management handling/assigning support tickets and ensuring that the SLA is met.3. Daily monitoring of Jobs and take corrective measures in case of any issue.4. Supporting the deployment and upgrade of other related modules and applications.5. Regression testing of the application in case of any upgrade and outages.6. Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the user request.7. Responsible to get signoff from the customer for software fixes in case of support tickets and design in case of minor enhancements.8. Integration plan for the system with the external interfaces.9. Coordinating with the Application, Database, Middleware and EQA support teams. Competencies Foundation Oracle DBA, Foundation Core Java, Project Management Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 1. Strong knowledge of Java Technology Stack2. Oracle DB3. 10+ Years of experience in handling application support engagement (L2 and L3)4. Well versed in ITSM process (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment & Configuration Management, )5. Experience in Defining, Refining and Managing Stringent Service Levels6. Experience in Managing Multi Site Support experience7. Risk monitoring and mitigation8. Monitoring progress of work. Review deliverables and take any necessary corrective measures9. Suggest new added value initiatives to customers to improve runtime performance10. Applying appropriate management techniques given projectspecific needs, risks and differences in core team member skill levels11. Oversee Support Delivery12. Excellent communication
