Skills Traditional BA duties with an extra technical focus working very closely with the code/developersThe BAs on this team work directly with the clients taking technical specs and then they help to write XML scripts/schema/designs to present directly to the development team so that they can write the codeThis means that the 2 most important things for this role are client communication skills (cant be shy/timid) and technical proficiency in XMLExperience with UML/SOAP/SQL is also requiredXML is a MUST HAVEAny experience in Airlines/Travel Industry is excellent key words like GDS (global distribution systems) and PNR (passenger name record) are great to have
