The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions) Provide senior level expertise to the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and ACG IS organization. This will include development of technology requirements, analyzing security needs, and mentoring team members. Work closely with the IAM Security Manager on the overall strategy, delivery and quality of the Identity & Access Management IT infrastructure.Experience should include the design, development and implementation of various directory services, user provisioning and access security IAM solutions. The IAM Architect is required to have experience in system design, presentation development, knowledge in security information analysis and understanding of security technologies.Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None) nonePreferred Qualifications CISSP or GSEC certifications preferred Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Directory Server, IBM Security Access Manager, Lieberman Software, and Imprivata OneSign preferred; other vendor competitive solutions may be considered 5+ years in planning, design, implementation and support of IAM infrastructure Qualifications External Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify) Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications) Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience; with related IT security certificationExperience Knowledge of multiple IAM technology solutions required Development of strategic solution roadmaps. Development of technical and business requirements related to IAM technologies. Design of solution architecture and supporting business processes/workflow. Handson configuration and customization of commercialofftheshelf software solutions and/or custom developed applications. Development of Test Plans and Cases (i.e., unit/functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, etc.) Communicate effectively to all levels; including escalation of support issues, change and support requests. Actively contribute to the IAM technical strategy and execution by applying critical thinking and challenging the status quo and finding opportunities for enhancing IAM service operations. Hands on experience in resolving complex IAM related issues and methodically and effectively identifying root cause. Evaluation and recommendation of IAM vendor solutions. Creation of IT design engineering documentation Knowledge and Skills Document functional and technical IAM business requirements and drive to operational completion. Document system design specifications. Mentor and train team members or other IS staff. Take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others Advise on IAM best practices. Create current and future state process flows and use cases. Generate test cases and assist with the testing of IAM solutions. Construct and provide IAM training. Create and maintain IAM operations runbooks for day to day operations. Work under pressure while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
