Job Description 7+ Years of experience in business analysis and requirements management from gaps assessment to recommendations. Must have experience in Customer Data Management (CDM) Candidate must assist with data and business integration activities around customer data. Must have MDM Project experience. Handson experience in data analysis, data capture, and data mapping. Understand process best practices such Lean Six Sigma, lifecycle management. Ability to work in agile environment and work with evolving requirements balancing the shortterm and longterm. Leads and coordinates business modeling efforts and requirements documentation Required Experience Seasoned Customer Data Master (CDM) specialist. Strategic as well as tactical view on CDM. Stress importance on business value, quick but scalable delivery, and strong foundational architecture. Implemented Oracle CDH from ground up and are eager to get started again. Implementation best practices in Hightech industry Familiar with challenges in Customer Data integration across mergers and acquisitions Strategic view when required, but can lead team on details on CDH/TCA architecture Familiar with Analytical MDM challenges around customer data and EDW. Required Skills Need expertise in Oracle TCA Must have implemented Oracle CDH multiple times. Must be well versed with external Customer firmographics vendors such as D&B Must have knowledge in Oracle modules such as Order Management. Understanding of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling. Must have sharp technological acumen with logical reasoning skills. Able to lead technical and functional teams as well as business partners. Has best practices on TCA architecture. Has implemented Oracle CDH groundup as an Architect. Understanding of Oracle EDQ, FDQ and other related Oracle/nonOracle data quality tools. Understanding of ancillary systems like Marketing Automation and Sales Force Management. MDM solution implementations and operational support in at least one or more hub, registry, custom, etc., from design to deployment and sustain. Presentation and communication skills to engage end users, management, and executives as required. Oracle Cloud CDM experience Product Data Hub understanding Agile project life cycle
