Required Skills SAP / HR / Payroll / Functional MUST have Conversion and/or Merger and Acquisition experienceSAP Payroll ConversionJob Summary The consultant will provide solid subject matter expertise for SAP HCM. Experience with HR mergers and acquisitions from design to go live .Creating blue prints, business process procedures, workflows, functional specifications working in the discipline and demonstrated strong understanding of processes, and configuring in Personal Administration, Benefits, Time Management, and US Payroll. Duties/Responsibilities Working in the HCM workstream projectInvolvement in the analyses, design, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions.Create business process procedures (BPP), work flows and functional specifications.HR data migration and mappings SAP HR and US Payroll configurations Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Support the companys safety program.Support the companys harassmentfree work environment policy.Support Code of Business ConductConduct other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Experience with full life cycle HCM implementationsExperiences with HR mergers and acquisitionsSAP production support experience and troubleshootingHands on configuration experience in the SAP HCM areaExperience with SAP R/3 version ECC 6.0. preferredWilling to learn and work in a team.Strong customer focusExcellent oral and written communication skills.
