Job Description The Project Manager, will be responsible for managing multiple large initiatives or Projects involving crossfunctional teams that include business partners, functional partners and technology partners. Manages initiatives from feasibility and concept development through testing, execution and closure following a formalized initiative management approach. This position requires a deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies and fundamentals and the ability to strategic as well as driving for results. Identify Project objectives and strategic needs and translate those needs into Project Charter, Definition, Decision Packages and Plans. Planning focus is tactical. Validate the alignment of the Project(s) with business and financial objectives, and also with Application, Data and Technology strategy. Drive execution of all phases of enterprisewide or high complexity Projects. Project Management considerations include, but are not limited to scope, risk, quality, change management Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations. Manage dependencies, resource constraints, and issues across the project(s) including change management or business process challenges that create project risk. Perform all aspects of project cost management estimating, budgeting, and cost control, tracking and reporting. Influences decision making to gain crossfunctional alignment to achieve ontime execution of initiatives Deliver stakeholder level presentations on Project status to Business Executive teams Escalate project(s) issues/risks where needed, for example risk or issue mitigation, potential cost overruns, or scope discrepancies, through leveraging and collaborating with crossfunctional partners Identify cross project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination of these where necessary Develop a structure for transitioning a large scale project from post prod support to steady state while dealing with daily issue resolutionKey Skills 13+ years project management experience Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology preferred Reporting background ORACLE Human Capital Mgmt. experience a plus Strong project management governance skills Strong budget management skills (including accruals)
