Description
Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for providing financial analytical and consultative business services to Retail Leadership; Coordinate, direct, and control all financial reporting and analysis for Publix Divisional Retail Operations. This includes understanding, managing, and interpreting the flow of information to Retail Management as well as providing direction and oversight to the development of new reports and scorecards; Develop, maintain, and accurately execute store, district, region and department level forecasting models; Set annual financial goals; Provide support with creating and reporting performance versus sales and profits goals for financial metrics; Provide business analysis training to Retail Management.Requirements Experience interacting with retail operations; Experience in financial analysis and/or costrelated accounting practices (5 years); Experience in Accounting (4+ years) Ability to follow through on all assignments; MS or BS in Accounting, Finance or another analytical discipline or equivalent experience.
