Job Description MUST HAVE S9.05 Primary Functions/Responsibilities The position is responsible for providing RightAngle technical support for the Marketing and Midstream user communities including Marketers, Schedulers, Accountants, and Risk Managers, as well as and other IT groups. Responsibilities include Research and resolve production issue using sql server and PowerBuilderCoordinate with infrastructure and Tivoli teams supporting automated interfaces.Support external Movement and Price Service interfaces.User provisioning.Engage with business users in troubleshooting issues caused by user error.Run and monitor Informatica workflows.Perform monthly accounting close duties. Create custom report views using expression filters and pivots.Create and support Contract templates in MS Word and RTF datawindows. Skills & Competencies SQL query toolsApplication server managementMS Word and Excel Required Skills Thorough knowledge of RightAngle navigation and dataflow.Knowledge of RightAngle RAMQ processes and dependencies.Strong functional knowledge of NGL and Crude Oil commodity Marketing, Scheduling, Accounting, and Invoicing.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly Desired SkillsExperience with technical support of RightAngle version 9.05s.Experience with PowerBuilder coding and debugging techniques.Experience with writing test cases and User Acceptance Testing.Ability to relate business processes to technical solutions.
