Description

This is a Sr. BA with Asset Management, work with Software, Hardware, and desktop support and great communication skills(verbal and written). Implementation of IT Hardware and Software Asset Management and IT Service Delivery Applications Job Description The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the ITAM Project Manager and the Project Team, along with other County Department and Agency stakeholders, on the implementation of purchased cloud applications for hardware and software asset management and IT service delivery. The Senior Business Analyst will work with County subject matter experts, technical leads, and vendor technical leads to ensure the project business objectives are met. The duties of the Senior Business Analyst will focus on the Execution and Transition Phases of the ITAM projects, including Participation and documentation during core team meetings Working directly with core team members on project deliverables, under the direction of the Project Manager Analyzing business requirements against proposed solutions Development and execution of system test plans Analyzing the impacts of key decisions related to core IT system architecture, scope, data flows, integrations, and current and future releases Assist in the development of the core IT system roadmap The Senior Business Analyst will also assist client personnel with preparation related to IT Asset Management and Service Delivery postgolive operations. 1.Skills Requirement a.Ability to work effectively with business SMEs and technical leads to ease the understanding and translation of client business requirements into vendor system functionalitiesb.Ability to understand how multiple system data flows and integrations impact post golive operations and the translation of client business requirements into vendor system functionalitiesc.Strong written and verbal communications skillsd.Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced, multiplepriority environmente.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and executive management 2.Experience Requirement a.At least five (5) years of experience as a business analyst working on system implementation projectsb.At least (2) years of experience with ITIL, and 3rd party IT Asset Management, and/or IT Service Delivery system implementationsc.Experience working on financial system application implementations preferredd.Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visioe.Resultsdriven with acute attention to detail and accuracy 3.Education Requirement a.Minimum Bachelors Degree orb.712 years of working experience as a Business Analyst 4.Responsibilities a.Ensure the system/process solution meets the County business requirements and objectivesb.Create complete test plan and lead the testing effort in partnership with the Project Managerc.Assist the Project Manager in the identification and documentation of project issues, changes, and risksd.Identify postgo live operational requirements like process changes and documentatione.Under the direction of the Project Manager, lead at least one of the defined core IT system workstreams
