Description

Description The Architect will own and execute the Business Intelligence strategy in the Finance Bill to Cash IT organization. Bill to Cash IT supports Verizon Wireline, Wireless & Enterprise businesses for Content Settlements, Revenue Assurance, Collections Call Center Applications; Credit Scoring and Risk analysis; Bill to Cash Insight and Analytics; Electronic Payment Systems (recurring/realtime credit card and bank transfers). Responsibilities for the role include Lead the definition of BilltoCash Business Intelligence IT Vision and Strategy. Define and manage the organization's information architecture. Develop and maintain operating models, standards, best practices, guidelines and compliance to the architecture, roadmap and governance. Mentor/coach teams to ensure applications and data warehouse are designed to be scalable and support the business needs with data reliability and integrity. Engage as a strategic liaison to the business community and IT teams for all BI and financial reporting project deliverables. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on data warehouse concepts, industry trends and best practices. Assist in gathering requirements from business stake holders, consult with business and IT teams to define necessary system capabilities. Collaborate with governance and administration teams to establish governance around Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse. Communicate regularly with Finance and the supporting IT organizations at all levels. Qualifications Bachelors or Master
