Description Contributes to the success, look and feel (print, digital & video) of the 2018 Employee Value Proposition campaign. It encompasses program management, design and crossfunctional collaboration (with Communications, Marketing and other key HR stakeholders). This is a handson position for someone with demonstrated achievements in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and campaign management, who can effectively and efficiently manage the balance between business, technology and design. We are looking for a hybrid creative/program manager who will help Verizon highlight the programs and policies that make us an employer of choice. This person has the ability to translate desired outcomes into effective and compelling campaign assets with measurable benchmarks. This is a person who has worked with iconic brands and can turn the most personal experience into an impactful and engaging story, relatable across borders and throughout the employment lifecycle.
