Description Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices or precedent. Acts independently to identify and select appropriate methodologies. Work customarily and regularly (50% of time or more) requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Normally receives general instructions on nonroutine work assignments. Requires additional instructions and frequent guidance on new assignments. Decisions are made independently. Assigned multiple tasks or projects are generally reviewed after completion. Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed technical information.May deal with both internal and external contacts. Demonstrates working knowledge in jobrelated functional area and of the business. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience. Candidate must have experience listed below. Performance tester , specifically in loadrunner performance testing and Jmeter.Develops automated test scripts, conditions, data, and expected results for performance test efforts.Executes tests and report results according to testing standards and procedures.Drives performance diagnostic and tuning activities.Collects and analyzes monitoring data in test and production to support root cause analysis.Experienced in using LoadRunner for the specific purpose of automating performance test cases, including Excellent scripting and analysis skills.Designing load tests (Stability, Stress and Isolation tests) in different ways to measure the application performance.learn best practices, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team membersReviews performance test cases with functional experts.Working with Stakeholders and Business Managers to define the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for each Transaction of all the business processes to be tested Enhancing the LR script by parameterization, check points, correlation and output massages and managed Performance test lab.Extensively worked on Performance Monitoring and analyzed the Response time, Memory leaks, Hits/sec and Throughput graphs.Responsible for handling multiple projects.Designing, Developing and Coding scripts for automation testing.knowledge of tools like Selenium with Java. (e.g. Page Object Implementation, API Test Automation, Web services testing) is a plus.Managing and tracking work using management tools like JIRA
