Essential Duties As the IS Systems Analyst/ IMSWMS, your responsibility will be to assist with the successful implementation of both new and upgraded applications, ranging from Microsoft SharePoint hosted in the Cloud and custom .Net application development to complex Integrated SAP environments in support clients application Infrastructure and related IT services in North America.Responsibilities Work with minimal supervision taking direction from the IS Systems Analyst supporting the business system applications across multiple locations in North America including the primary data center and 2+ location in Massachusetts and remote offices. Oversees the system design, writes specifications and programs as needed. Focuses on defined projects within assigned businesses/ functional areas. Carries out day‐to‐day project tasks relating to a number of IT projects. Understands users needs, translates them into system requirements and writes specifications for projects as needed. Estimates accurate timelines for project steps. Remains abreast of software functions and matches them to use requirements. Maintains skills in project management. Works within site‐specific operating constraints, e.g., shift patterns, production schedules. Must be technically competent in order to guide and direct users and projects within the MM/WM SAP Modules. Acts as a hands on systems analyst when working with projects. Remains abreast of trends in the industry and maintains the appropriate technical knowledge to support the network and PC environment. Ability to operate independently within a project framework. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned. Responsible for training, testing and quality assurance as needed. Ability to work independently within a multi‐cultural management structure. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience implementing software projects into businesses is essential. Minimum two (2) to four (4) years hands‐on experience implementing SAP ECC5, ECC6 or S4/HANA and supporting end users with a key focus on SAP MM/WM modules. Familiarity with Microsoft programming required. At least 2 4 years development with .Net and SQL. Ability to acquires and practices skills in SAP modules MM/WM software operation. Excellent PC skills required, especially using Microsoft products. Ability to communicate to a diverse group of people from executive management to shop floor workers in an effective manner. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Service Oriented (Commits to and enjoys providing exceptional service to internal and external customers). Ability to multi‐task and prioritize workload given competing end users requests. Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills. Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. A Valid Class C Massachusetts drivers license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than 3 moving violations and no DUIs within the last 3 years is required.
