Description Overview Proactive Defense and Readiness (PDR) Team within Information Security is responsible driving security data analytics on security logging to support client applications and infrastructure providing a robust security environment. PDR Team is also responsible for reviewing cutting edge technologies & execute to implementation for the 24x7 Security Operations Center to utilize efficiently Role Supporting the security information and event management SIEM system Onboarding of log source data into the SIEM system (to include applications and appliance data) Perform indepth security analytics across multiple log sources Involved with trending patterns across security platforms, database, and application activity to identify actionable alerts for client systems and platforms Identify process improvements for continued efficiencies of the team All about Candidate Intermediate Information Security experience Good database activity monitoring experience Good experience working with global resources Strong networking fundamentals Strong Windows and UNIX skills Strong written documentation skills Strong security logging and monitoring experience Good compliance background (PCI, GLBA, SOX)
