The QA Analyst is responsible for overall quality assurance throughout the application development cycle. Through the leadership provided by the Quality Control Manager, the QA Analyst will partner with the development team for overall code quality.What you'll be responsible for Quality Control Process OwnershipImplement and recommend enhancements to the agile testing frameworkImplement and maintain the process for defect detection, management, and resolutionLiaison for customers and/or business users to organize acceptance testing and advise on approachAssists the practice area leader in defining and refining standards and best practices. In some cases, this role may become the practice are lead. (Sr. Analyst role)Analyze defined solutions for Usability, Functionality, Testability, and make recommendations for improvementReview automated unit tests and recommend areas of additional coverageInform QC Manager of testing statusAnalyze the product features, and the product as a whole, to ensure it behaves as intendedEnsure that components and features are complete based on the department definition of done
