JOB DUTIESChatBot expert who can develop / implement use cases for ChatBot and help on Training the Bot . Good knowledge and experience in training the chatbot (NLP) Api.ai / IBM Watson Design, implement and maintain libraries, and develop new algorithms and services for Named Entity Extraction, Language Detection Emotion/Sentiment Prediction Keyword and Topic Extraction Deeplearning Chatbots and dialog modeling Intent detection, Query Parsing, Semantic mapping Training the Bot using APi.ai Using tools to classify / categorize the chat based on intents and coming up with F1 score for Chat Analysis Presenting Chat efficiency reports to higher Management Developing Conversational Flows in the chatbot Knowledge and handson experience on implementation of Chatbot for largescale implementation. Experience in analyzing real agents Chat conversation with agent to train the Chatbot. Work closely with business operations to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems. Develop system flow diagrams to automate a business function and identify impacted systems; metrics to depict the cost benefit analysis of the solutions developed. MUST HAVE SKILLS Good knowledge of NLP and have extensive experience in building and implementing NLP systems Provide new ideas and experimentation . Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
