Strong BA skillsDefine Use Cases, author functional and technical requirements, acceptance criteria, process mapping, define workflowsAble to understand and communicate with OPS customers (IE Digital Tech Teams) and translate the business needs into functional and technical requirements, knows the limitations of JIRA development/customization when analyzing requirements)Strong communication skills (will be setting up and hosting meetings with teams to discuss requirements)AnalyticalDetail orientedProven technical experience working in JIRA, specifically customizing and setting up projects (Admin access), familiar with the Service Desk plugin and customizing Service Desk. Selfmanaged with directionHas worked in Agile Scrum environment or familiar with Scrum
