Position Description Technical Support Specialist This role will provide helpdesk tier 1 and tier 2 response and resolutions. Helpdesk tickets will include both application support and infrastructure support. This position will be supporting 10+ enterprise applications across 5000+ end users. This position also has a training element to it, as this role will be responsible for providing both training and technical assistance. Finally this position will have a data cleaning element to it. This will require data entry and cleanup processes. Experience Required Experience conferring complex technical explanations to end users using clear and understandable language Experience with generation of fillable forms and data collection techniques Experience with screen capture software Experience with task management / bug management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine) Experience documenting technical issues and bugs Experience answering enduser requests Experience triaging helpdesk tickets Experience Preferred Experience writing user acceptance test scripts Experience coordinating and performing user acceptance testing Experience participating in application integration testing Experience creating test data Education Required 2 year degree from accredited College or University Additional Information Candidate must be willing to work in Trenton NJ, Mercer County Candidate must be aware that this position is a 40 hour work week with unpaid lunch Candidate must be willing to sign a nondisclosure document for HIPAA compliance Candidate must be aware that parking expenses are the candidate's responsibility.
