DUTIESResponsible for the business aspects of information systems to include business processes, functionality, and data. Develops, analyzes, and documents requirements. Performs business process decomposition and modeling. Collaborate and coordinate effectively with IT and business team members. Must break down business requirements to translate into functional, actionable tasks. Ensure tasks are thorough and well documented in JIRA. Work closely with QA on business requirements. Participate in problem solving. Participate in quality assurance testing as necessary, including developing and maintaining automated test cases and scripts. Must develop and maintain test scenarios, identify and document program deficiencies, ensure all user requirements have sufficient test coverage, validate all test scenarios are properly executed and tracked. Generate issues or bug reports to address any failures identified during the process. Experience RequiredExperience in Medicaid Management Information System implementation These individuals must have senior level experience working with agile software development processes with rapid iteration cycles (2weeks). Candidates should be experienced with key development practices inherent to effective agile development and continuous integration. Candidates will work onsite with the software development team. Must be available and adhere to team work schedules. Candidates will employ industry best practices to technology project management. They should also be proficient in the general tools used in the Department Office 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Project 2016/PWA, and VISIO. A Bachelor
