Required Skills Salesforce ArchitectLightning expertiseIdeally, experience in a migration to LightningJob Description Job Title Salesforce Architect Responsibilities Assessment of current Salesforce implementation Assess clients current implementation of Salesforce, including data model and customizations necessary for Lightning migration Specifically assess use of PowerBI dashboards and understand consequences of Einstein Recommend any shortterm improvements, especially if they help prepare for a Lightning migration Integrations Assess current integration requirements for Salesforce Establish an overarching integration design and design principles Consult on integration solution design for specific projects Work with SF Platform leader to develop an appropriate governance model to support integrations Data and Analytics Consult on D&A Roadmap Assess current processes around data uploads, especially in preparation for renewal uploads Modify existing data import guidelines to support more sophisticated data loads; assist in KT to delivery partner Assess use of Einstein within the D&A roadmap Identify potential Einstein pilots Lightning Migration Assess use of Salesforce across different personas Leverage current state assessment to identify migration challenges Develop different migration scenarios, pros/cons Recommend a Lightning pilot group Develop an overall Lightning roadmap Guide the delivery of the Lightning pilot Recommend adjustments to roadmap and migration approach based on pilot Guide the delivery of the overall Lightning migration Provide input into change management plan
