What Youll Do Manage onsite search to improve product discoverabilityMeasure the effectiveness of onsite search experience, changes and analyze importance of onsite search to overall profitability of ecommerce businessApply the customer's onsite search queries to offsite search effectiveness and vice versaPartnering crossfunctionally to generate personalization ideas and testsManage Website Personalization process (roadmap, analysis, next iteration)Use insight from qualitative analysis to shape roadmapProactively identifies site experience improvement opportunitiesValidating site experience tests are setup as expected and results are trustworthyKeeping an ear to industry bestpractices around optimization and personalizationPartnering with Analytics agencies / vendors counterparts to deliver optimization resultsWork closely with paid search, merchandising and promotion teams to understand customer traffic and its effects on customer behavior to optimize category performanceDemonstrating value from optimization / personalization initiatives to senior leadershipReview weekly search reports and make recommendations for improved merchandisingResponsible for qualitative website analysis using Clicktale/QuantumMetrics and UserlyticsManage the A/B testing process (roadmap, analysis, next steps)Use insight from qualitative analysis to shape roadmap What Were Looking For Previous experience in the Digital space, with a focus on Search and OptimizationProficient computer skillsComfortable learning new systems/toolsExperience with Business to Consumer ecommerce sites a plusExcellent analytical and reasoning skills including clear retail math skills.
