Description

Job Summary To create and maintain analysis and design specifications, perform programming and testing of client server and other system components and provide technical assistance in solving complex technical issues while following development standards. Primary Job Responsibilities 1. Works with business users in analyzing, designing and developing technical specifications for a variety of client server and windows native applications.2. Proposes technical approach to convert technical specifications into system/application code ensuring stability, scalability and performance of the system/application.3. Maintains knowledge of business requirements and ensures standard change control and configuration management practices are followed.4. Participates in software design and programming reviews to ensure that design and programming standards and guidelines are followed and ensures component test standards are followed.5. Communicates with appropriate groups to ensure application changes are effectively implemented and deployed in accordance with performance standards.6. Prepares and submits project status reports and assists with project estimates. Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
