SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Description

Responsibilities Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan;Use the PPM tool to record time and progress reporting;Root cause analysis and resolution plan implementation;Assist in the planning, preparation and release of major and minor updates (e.g., hotpacks and version releases);Resolve test deficiencies for new functionality, code changes, new configurations or new/upgraded software installed and integrated into the CAMS Production environment;Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of user roles and other system access profiles;Update training documents to reflect changes.Requirements Experience with SAP CRM or BW for BW team (3+ years);Functional SAP experience;Experience with ERP applications or objectoriented analysis and design;Experience with the basic CRM architectureExperience performing SAP GAP analysis and Business Blueprinting.Experience performing SAP system requirements and root cause analysis.Experience configuring in the CRM, Enterprise Central Component (ECC) and Business Intelligence (BI) modules skills Experience conducting Joint Application Development sessions.Experience with ABAP code;Experience with requirements development and system design;Experience with HP QC;Experience supporting implementation of OSS notes;Experience with data resource management principles and techniques including data administration, data modeling, entityrelationship modeling, data definition, and data dictionaries;Experience with SAP Middleware with regards of data flow from on SAP component to anotherExperience with data integrity, data base construction, data management and data analysis and data cleansing principles and practicesExperience assisting in the development of RFC function modules & converting them into web servicesBachelor
