Requirements One year of experience (business or IT) at Quicken Loans or another financial institution, a thorough knowledge of the business, and an understanding of how the loan process works History of being 100% trustworthy and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality Passion for information security and information assurance Strong knowledge of the inner secrets and magic spells of Microsoft Excel Great writing, organization, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Analytical thinking skills and the ability to learn quickly Ability to handle monotonous work regularly and maintain a consistently excellent performance record while handling repetitive tasks Ability to follow instructions well Thorough and detailorientated mindset Ability to look at all situations objectively and challenge assumptions Ability to work independently without supervision and to be efficient and accurate in a fastpaced environment
