Mobile Systems Engineer

Description

The Mobile Systems Engineer applies mobile systems subject matter expertise to performing product management, system engineering and integration of mobile technologies for incorporation into endtoend client solution initiatives. This team member applies indepth defense security strategies to mobile solutions, including systems based on iOS and Android, as well as mobile application store (MAS) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. This team member can demonstrate knowledge of MDM solutions and interaction with MAS solutions, Exchange and Exchange ActiveSync, and communications with a mobile device. The Mobile Systems Engineer leverages knowledge of mobile communications engineering architectures across many mobile technologies, IT standards and applications.Responsibilities Handle support escalation requests Test mobile hardware and software Create configuration profiles and deploy to device and user groups Administer MDM systems Facilitate distribution of new internal and external apps Maintain continuous service availability across a hybrid infrastructure for thousands of distributed devicesRequirements Knowledge of iOS, Android and Windows mobile operating systems Effective verbal and written communications skills Ability to be proactive and resourceful in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fluid environment
