Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to define the tools and processes used to intake work requests Support the intake and prioritization process for work requests Manage the capacity and allocation for supported technology teams in a highlevel release plan Provide regular delivery performance metrics to technology leadership Drive the release planning inputs and outputs and support teams in planning activities Assist teams in capturing and breaking down delivery of epics and features that require coordination between delivery teams Facilitate system demosRequirements Demonstrated experience in a delivery support role (e.g. release manager, scrum master, project manager, release train engineer) Understanding of agile methodologies, trends and best practices Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Create and apply valueadded metrics Ability to use analytical skills to create and apply valueadded metrics Develop an understanding of the supported business area to maintains teams' focus on delivering business value Ability to influence the outcome and courageously challenges the status quo
