Description

Drives the vision and definition of the product Knows why we're building the product, its audience, and what problem it will solve Represents the voice of the client Ensures that the Development team works on the right things from the stakeholder's perspective Understands the business, technology, and process context in which a product delivers value Writes new user stories, ensuring that acceptance criteria is met when code is complete Drives release planning and forecasting Regularly keeps in touch with every product stakeholder Shares insights throughout the company regarding the product Engages with our User Experience team to define requirements for how a prospective user interacts with the productRequirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a closely related field Two to four years of experience in product management as either a Product Owner,Product Manager, or productrelated role within a development teamWhat'll Make You Special Strong background in usability and/or software development and architecture Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment with focus on Scrum, XP and Kanban methodologies Strong communication and relationship building skills Teamfirst mentality Strong systems thinking', and ability to articulate the big picture Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training The ability to deliver solutions iteratively
