Skill Set/Tools Desired experience level is 6 to 9years. Looking for mix profile (6 to 9 years) profiles with strong architecture/design/development experience in Linux, C++, Core Java, XML, Multithreading. To work closely with the customer team in maintaining JAVA based applications Support / Enhancements in the areas of Weblogic / Oracle 10g 1. Spring2. Struts23. WebLogic10.34. Oracle 10g5. Hibernate (experience with ibitis framework is a plus)7. ClearCase/ClearQuest experience is preferred ORCore JAVA Developers Must Haves Multithreading, OOD design skills, Collections, Concurrency APIs, XML experience, JUnit testing.UML modeling (seniors), Modular development (i.e. Strong in inheritance and interface based development), frameworks development (seniors) Must haves Tools eclipse based development. ORSwing Developers Must Haves Swing Development, JAVA 2D, custom component development Desired OSGI, Maven, Database experience, SQL, ORM using eclipselink, SOADesired Tools Rhapsody, Sonar, Clearcase
