Job Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities Support multiple project teams in developing, defining and managing the execution of project deliverables and overall program elements. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily standup meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrumrelated meetings. Project team members will have different supervisors and obligations outside of the project. Contributes to the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has been developed to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones; Manages the agreed to project plans, process improvements, and resources, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters. Ensures the successful completion of project deliverables/milestones; Ensures the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable. Develops and cultivates relationships; Interfaces with all levels of management in the negotiation and exchange of information.
