Description
Details Candidate will be responsible for development and execution of installation testing for a windows based product. Candidate will work with various teams to understand installation requirements and the installation implementation. From these requirements and implementation the candidate will develop a test strategy, and test cases. Candidate will execute these test cases, report results and work with teams to resolve issues. EXPERIENCE Experience with installation testing of windows based products using MSI. Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 7 and XP. Experience with developing GUI based test automation Experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) is beneficial, but not required Experience with developing a test strategy Experience with developing test cases. Excellent knowledge of software test engineering methods and tools Possess effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be selfmotivated, capable of performing and making decisions in a dynamic environment. Experience with Rockwell Automation products is beneficial.
