Description Qualifications Skills MSAccess, MSExcel (advanced and macro creation) and MOSS/Sharepoint (storing and linking documents). Engagement Deliverable Fully functional planning tool (design, build, test extensively, deploy) and full documentation on how the tool is built, any ongoing maintenance requirements, how to load data into the tool (multiple input formats through Access front end) and extract data from the tool (multiple output formats).Responsibilities The objective of project is to create a new planning template used by Revenue Management and Business Analysts to develop our proposed price and promotion plans for MillerCoors. Our desire is to provide improved data quality, reporting, and data integrity, in a secure, easy to manage, highly accurate environment for approximately 50 users. In addition to providing an improved planning experience for our users, consideration must be given to how we will provide data integration, into and out of the planning environment, along with analysis and reporting capabilities. Our primary objective for this year is to improve the planning and data management capabilities, while realizing that analysis and reporting may come later. We have selected a combination of tools to be used for this planning process, which includes MSAccess, MSExcel and MOSS/Sharepoint. Currently we have a mockup of the tool which will be used as a starting point for the development of the final deliverable
