Leader with 8+ years of experience with a) Excellent Client Relationship Mgmt Skills b) Excellent Analytical/Problem Solving Skills c) Excellent Consulting background who has exposure to Railroad industry (or) Can bringin the experience in other industry and take CSC's services with CSX to the next level c) Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, CRM HR Helpdesk 8.9, eRecruit, eProfile, ePay & eBenefits module d) Strongly prefer resources with knowledge on work with 3rd party applications TALEO, Authoria/SuccessFactors e) Strong Technical knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Designer, App Engine, App Messages, Integration Broker, AWE, XML Publisher, SQR, SQLs f) Should be able to understand and work with the Functional leads/Business Analysts in translating the Functional requirements document to Technical design specification based on feasibility study and viceversa g) Should be able to debug development issues h) Should be able to review design and development deliverables from the development team i) Should be able to create work packages for the team, Assign work packages to team members, track the development, report status, get the task to completion
