Description/Comment 1. Good experience in writing test cases and execution based on business requirements 2. Interact with Business to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies. 3. Strong experience in test scripts execution and identifying the defects 4. Experience in working multiple projects at the same time 5. Test plan, Test Strategy documents 6. Good knowledge in System testing, Integration testing and Regression testing 7. Experience in test reviews 8. Experience in creating status reports and review with client leads 9. Experience in identifying the test environment and data needs 10. Selfmotivated and ability to meet operational deadlines in a demanding fastpace environment and capable of working independently as well as in a team 11. Should be able to develop automation scripts using Selenium tools 12. Develop executable test scripts for automation of interactive applications. 13. Should have good knowledge on the Java based automation framework
