Description
Job DescriptionExperienced in administering Remedy ARS 6.3 & above and developing ARS applications Develop and administrator BMC Remedy ARS applications and implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus, and other related components Knowledge of Remedy applications with hands on experience with ITSM 7.1 and aboveAble to configure and maintain licenses for BMC Remedy ARS and client products Perform some server and application administration as required Provide support of ARS applications. Expert knowledge of programming with BMC Remedy ARS (Out of the box applications) and hands on experience on Integrating components like DSO, Web services.Perform ARS application troubleshooting Good communication skill to interact with customer/user independently.
