Job Description Project Name BlueSky Contract GSSIProject Description (What project will the NPW be working on) GSNI boarding of customer for IBM BlueSky account. This is a customer facing position. Job Description The candidate must have 35 years of Network Management experience. Candidate must have Expert level knowledge in network switching, router and Firewall technologies. e.g. extensive firewall (state full and stateless) ACL authoring and troubleshooting. Problem determination / isolation, outage review and analysis work including RCA. Authorizing, determining and recommending process and technological improvements, implementation of configurations of devices, VPN, firewall (Cisco PIX/ASA, Nokia NG/NGX), switch / router and routing protocols (PBR, OSPF, BGP, GRE and VPN tunnel technologies), code upgrading, packet capture and analysis. Work in a highly complex and diverse networking environment. Ability to work across geographic zones and team with peers internationally. The role will involve DMZ network support, design and growth of GSNI. The candidate must be proficient in applying the capabilities of these products to automate and simplify the operational needs of the service delivery teams assigned to support the account base. Experience in multivendor platforms and technologies include Cisco, Nortel, Nokia, and F5 to name a few.
